How to get help in 3 easy steps

Step 1: If you're having technical problems with one of our games, such as video or audio issues, it's very likely caused outdated video or audio drivers. Please install the latest version of DirectX. If you're still having problems after installing DirectX, visit the websites of your video and audio hardware manufactures and download and install the latest drivers for your hardware.
