Q:

I've ordered a game but haven't received any download link. Why?

A:

Are you using a free email service, like Hotmail or Yahoo? Our e-commerce partner, BMT Micro, verifies all orders made with free email addresses by hand to prevent fraud. Unfortunately, this can delay your order by a day or two. If you can't wait that long, or if you think something is wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out!

Q:

Can I re-download a game which I have bought?

A:

Absolutely! Just send us an email with the name and email used to buy the game, and we will give you a new download link.

Q:

I own more than one computer. If I buy one of your games, can I install it on all of my computers?

A:

Most companies would say no to this, but we believe that if you've bought a game, you should be free to enjoy it on your own terms! Feel free to install our games on as many computers as you like, as long as you don't let anybody else copy the game.

Q:

How can I quickly switch between fullscreen and windowed mode in your games?

A:

This depends on what operating system you are running:
» In Windows, hold down the Alt key and press Enter (Alt-Enter).
» In MacOS X, hold down the Cmd key and press F (Cmd-F).
